Our season opens February 5th with Love Letters by A. R. Gurney. Currently running on Broadway with a rotating cast of stars, Newberg will have the same rotating format. Opening the run will be Karen and Jim Halliday, followed by Donna and Gerry Birnbach and, and finally two more guest performers will come on board to close the run for a possible fourth week. This love story is a perfect offering during St. Valentine's Day.

An unusual undertaking for CPR - this year we will have a Holiday show! Guest Director, Ted deChatelet will bring his adaptation of Charles Dicken's novella to the Cultural District. This is a pared down version that makes the audience understand the true meaning and value of looking at one's life as a whole and the impact we have on one another. With messages images of joy, warmth and light this story also conjures the dark coldness and sadness that comes from a miserly and loveless existence.
